Role Description
The Health Care Advisor role at emHealth is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.
The advisor
- Shall receive customer calls (in bound)
- Answer the calls and help the customer in fixing an appointment for either a health check up or scan or blood test or any other appointment;
- If you are a nurse or dietitian you can also provide nursing services (making home visits) or provide diet chart / diet plan (over a call / online) per client requirement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing / FSN/FSND or Biotechnology with min 2 years experience
- Willing to work in shifts from 6.30 am till 3.30 pm or 1 pm till 10 pm (with one hour break in each shift for lunch)
- Nearby or willing to travel to Arumbakkam.
