Hiring: Senior Social Media & Digital Commerce Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on

Senior Social Media & Digital Commerce Growth Manager

with a minimum of

5 years of proven experience

in digital marketing, ecommerce growth, paid media, and content strategy. This is not a basic coordination role. We are seeking someone with deep practical experience who has directly managed campaigns, created content, built ad structures, analyzed KPIs, and driven measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands how to combine

social media, content, paid advertising, Google Ads, ecommerce strategy, and performance analysis

into real growth. The selected candidate will work remotely from India and report directly to the

CEO

, taking ownership of digital growth initiatives and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute the company’s social media and digital commerce strategy across relevant platforms
  • Plan, create, and manage high-quality content, including post ideas, captions, creative direction, and campaign messaging
  • Design and launch complete paid campaigns across Meta platforms, including campaign structure, ad sets, creatives, audience targeting, copy, and optimization
  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
  • Develop strong campaign strategies based on business goals, product trends, seasonal demand, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, engagement, reach, and revenue contribution
  • Work with Google Merchant Center and demonstrate a deep understanding of feed performance, product data quality, policy considerations, and shopping campaign behavior
  • Use market insights, keyword trends, competitor activity, and tools such as Google Trends to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Create ad copy, promotional messaging, and digital content that supports both brand growth and ecommerce conversion
  • Coordinate digital campaigns from concept to execution, including creative planning, content calendars, paid promotion, and reporting
  • Manage community engagement and strengthen brand presence across social and digital channels
  • Conduct testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures to improve results over time
  • Provide clear performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to the CEO
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with product, sales, and company growth goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum

5 years of extensive hands-on experience

in social media, paid advertising, digital commerce, and performance marketing

  • Strong proven experience in

Meta Ads Manager

, including campaign creation, ad set structure, audience setup, retargeting, copy, creatives, and optimization

  • Strong proven experience in

Google Ads

, with deep understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, keywords, bidding, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

  • Strong understanding of

Google Merchant Center

, product feeds, campaign behavior, and ecommerce advertising best practices

  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns from start to finish, not just assist or coordinate
  • Experience developing content, ad creatives, copy, and campaign concepts that support both engagement and sales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make performance-based decisions
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce strategy, customer behavior, digital funnels, SEO principles, and online retail best practices
  • Experience using creative and editing tools for content and ad production
  • Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role while staying closely aligned with a Canada-based team
  • Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, ecommerce, or a related field is a strong asset
