Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including Technical, Soft Services, M&E and Security.
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Allocating and managing space between buildings
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
- Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and transportation
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Facility Reports
- Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports are sent as per timelines
- Ensure reports and trackers are accurate.
Service Partner - Vendor Management
- Ensure Vendor Partner Deliverables
- Ensure Monthly Performance Review and Scoring
- Ensure Service Partner Induction and Termination as per process
Compliance
- Ensure Managing Building Statutory Compliance.
- Ensure tracking of Validity and requirement understanding.
Finance and Procurement
- Ensure Office Services, R&M, Capex and Special Budgets are managed effectively.
- Ensure Projections are done accurately.
- Follow up for the Purchase Orders and timely completion of the work
- Ensure Governance Score and Work Completion within TAT
- Ensure Invoicing is done within the timelines
- Ensure Utilities - Projection to Invoicing are done with the timelines
- Ensure additional PO raised for add on events are managed effectively
Training & Development
- Ensure Direct Staff Training & Development
- Ensure Support Staff On-boarding and Training
- Ensure Vendor partner training
- Ensure Floor Warden Training prior to Fire Drill
- Ensure Support Fire Safety Training prior to Fire Drill
Connect Programs
- Ensure connect programs are initiated within various stake holders.
- Ensure Corridor Connects are conducted to catch up with employees and calendar connects are maintained over a period of time.
Internal Review Programs
- Ensure Weekly Reviews with team on the progress and overall function within the Team.
- Ensure Monthly Management Reviews are conducted as per schedule
- Participate in Ops Reviews and provide quality inputs .
Internal & External Audits
- Ensure Audit Preparations and Participations
Management Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the facilities management team.
- Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness and creativity.
- Understand the FM scope develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.
- Accomplish at least 95% Key Performance Indicators as agreed with Flipkart.
- Coordinate with Account Lead on the goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plan, HR related issues for facilities management team.
- Assist Account Lead in developing & implementing the facilities management account plan for the facility.
- Identify training needs for all subordinates.
- Nominate team members (Facilities & Engg.) for training- Value adds
- On time reporting of incidents in the facility.
- More accountable for any issues/escalation in the facility.
