The Qualifications We Seek

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Level 2 or Level 3 infrastructure and cloud engineering roles, with demonstrated Level 3 capability
• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting SMB and enterprise clients across cloud and infrastructure environments
• India-based candidates are preferred for this role

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• Advanced administration of Microsoft Windows Server 2012+ environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Certificate Services, and File/Print services
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, security groups, VPNs, and monitoring
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture and support, including FSLogix, Azure Files, Azure NetApp, and Azure Monitor
• Experience delivering Azure and AWS cloud migration projects involving virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
• Firewall administration experience with Sophos XGS or equivalent platforms, including NAT, VPN, SD-WAN, and firmware lifecycle management
• Monitoring and compliance experience utilizing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and RMM tools
• Strong documentation capabilities, including runbooks and topology diagrams
• Ability to work autonomously in a work-from-home environment across rotational shifts

• AWS (virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, security groups, VPNs, monitoring)
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), FSLogix, Azure Files, and Azure NetApp

• Sophos XGS firewalls or equivalent platforms
• Autotask for documentation and ticketing
• Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools

• SD-WAN platforms
• Additional enterprise firewall platforms beyond Sophos XGS
• ITSM or PSA platforms beyond Autotask

Highly Desired Certifications

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-900, or equivalent Azure infrastructure credentials
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification or equivalent
• Sophos XGS firewall certification or comparable enterprise firewall credentials
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification

Your Daily Tasks

• Administer and manage Microsoft Windows Server 2012+ environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Certificate Services, and File/Print roles
• Lead server lifecycle management activities, including performance tuning, patching, and security hardening aligned with industry frameworks
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, security groups, VPNs, and monitoring services
• Implement AWS governance frameworks, role-based access controls (RBAC), cost optimization initiatives, and disaster recovery strategies
• Architect, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, FSLogix profile containers, Azure Files, Azure NetApp SMB shares, and Azure Monitor
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including Azure and AWS cloud migrations involving virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
• Lead Windows Server installations, upgrades, and role migrations across Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file server environments
• Troubleshoot and maintain firewalls, VPNs, routing, and VLAN infrastructure
• Administer Sophos XGS or equivalent firewall platforms, including rule management, NAT configuration, SSL/IPSec VPNs, SD-WAN, and firmware lifecycle management
• Deploy and manage monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and RMM platforms
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and topology diagrams within Autotask
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders on cloud and infrastructure initiatives
• Participate in planning sessions, solution design activities, risk assessments, and client workshops
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer following project completion
