Job Description

We are hiring a small number of remote SDRs for a structured B2B outbound sales role.

This is a performance-based role, but it is not chaotic, vague, or “figure it out yourself.”

The system is already built.

That means:

Lead lists are provided

Scripts are provided

Follow-up automations are already in place

Qualification criteria are already defined

Daily training is provided

Daily personal feedback is provided based on your call recordings

The process is already built

Your role is simple:

Get on the phone, handle outbound calls properly, and book qualified demos.

This role is built for people who want a real system, real coaching, and clear performance-based upside.

What you will do

Make outbound calls to targeted prospects each day

Handle first-contact conversations professionally and confidently

Use the script and sales process provided

Manage objections in real time

Book qualified demos that match our criteria

Keep lead statuses and call outcomes updated accurately

Review feedback and improve quickly

Maintain consistency in activity, quality, and execution

What makes this role different

You are paid based on SDR performance.

You are not dependent on whether a closer closes the deal.

You are not waiting on someone else’s results to get paid.

If you generate qualified demos through your own work on the phone, that is what you are paid on.

Compensation

Compensation is tiered clearly:

Tier 1: $60 per qualified demo

Tier 2: $120 per qualified demo once you sustain 3 qualified demos per day for 2 straight weeks

Tier 3: $200 per qualified demo once you prove strong consistency beyond that level

For context, the average SDR with us already does 3 demos per day.

This means the upside is not theoretical.

The system already works.

The structure is already in place.

This role is for people who want to step into a functioning machine and perform.

What counts as a qualified demo

A qualified demo is not a random meeting placed on the calendar.

It must be a real-fit prospect that matches our qualification criteria and is a legitimate meeting worth taking.

Requirements

Strong spoken English

Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales conversations

Reliable internet connection

Good-quality headset

Quiet remote work environment

Ability to follow structure and implement feedback daily

Strong discipline and personal accountability

Preferred

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or telemarketing roles

Experience in B2B sales is a plus

Familiarity with CRM workflows is a plus

This is not a dead-end SDR seat.

If you perform at a high level, there is room to grow into greater responsibility over time, including closing roles and more advanced sales positions.

How performance is judged

This is not a role where people are judged on politics, appearance, or talk.

You are judged on performance and your ability to generate qualified demos.

Pay: $3,000.00-$20,000.00 per month
