Logistics Coordinator Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $25.00 /annually
- First Shift
- Coordinate inbound shipments from origin to destination
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
- Negotiate freight rates and use load boards to support cost-effective transportation solutions
- Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and TMS data entry
- Provide real-time shipment updates and customer service to key stakeholders
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of logistics or trucking industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with systems such as McLeod, TMW Suites, PCS, PC Miler, or Rand McNally preferred
- Experience using load boards and negotiating freight rates
- Strong typing, computer literacy, and data entry skills
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
