Technical Solution Engineer – Automotive (CAN / EV)

Role Overview

This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role.

You will act as the technical bridge between OEM engineering teams and the company's solutions, supporting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, validation activities, and early-stage technical engagement.

This role is ideal for an embedded/automotive engineer who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to grow into a technical business leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical product demonstrations for OEM and Tier-1 customers
• Support and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) in vehicle validation environments
• Work closely with customer R&D teams on vehicle network integration
• Analyze CAN/CAN FD data and support signal logging activities
• Assist customers in configuring and deploying data logging solutions
• Provide technical training and onboarding to customers
• Collaborate with headquarters engineering teams for complex technical support
• Identify early-stage project opportunities within OEM validation programs
• Support business development activities with strong technical credibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in automotive embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with CAN / CAN FD
• Understanding of vehicle networks and ECU communication
• Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, ETAS, Kvaser, Intrepid or similar
• Exposure to automotive validation, testing, or HIL environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EV systems (BMS, VCU, MCU, motor control)
• Knowledge of UDS, J1939, or automotive diagnostics
• Prior customer-facing or Field Application Engineer experience
• Experience supporting OEM R&D teams
