Role Overview
This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role.
You will act as the technical bridge between OEM engineering teams and the company's solutions, supporting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, validation activities, and early-stage technical engagement.
This role is ideal for an embedded/automotive engineer who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to grow into a technical business leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical product demonstrations for OEM and Tier-1 customers
- Support and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) in vehicle validation environments
- Work closely with customer R&D teams on vehicle network integration
- Analyze CAN/CAN FD data and support signal logging activities
- Assist customers in configuring and deploying data logging solutions
- Provide technical training and onboarding to customers
- Collaborate with headquarters engineering teams for complex technical support
- Identify early-stage project opportunities within OEM validation programs
- Support business development activities with strong technical credibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in automotive embedded systems
- Hands-on experience with CAN / CAN FD
- Understanding of vehicle networks and ECU communication
- Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, ETAS, Kvaser, Intrepid or similar
- Exposure to automotive validation, testing, or HIL environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EV systems (BMS, VCU, MCU, motor control)
- Knowledge of UDS, J1939, or automotive diagnostics
- Prior customer-facing or Field Application Engineer experience
- Experience supporting OEM R&D teams
