  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings
  • **Office Management**:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, facilities, and supplies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and visitors
  • Manage onboarding logistics for new employees
  • Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation
  • Support finance-related tasks like invoice tracking and expense coordination
  • Organize internal events, team offsites, and stakeholder visits
  • *Qualifications Required**:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working with global teams and across time zones
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
