- Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, facilities, and supplies
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and visitors
- Manage onboarding logistics for new employees
- Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation
- Support finance-related tasks like invoice tracking and expense coordination
- Organize internal events, team offsites, and stakeholder visits
- *Qualifications Required**:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Strong experience managing complex calendars across time zones
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
