Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of independently leading complete Industrial EPC projects from mobilization to final handover.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Civil, PEB, MEP and Design-Build execution with excellent leadership, commercial understanding and client management skills. The role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery including safety, quality, cost, time, procurement, subcontractor management and profitability. These responsibilities reflect industry expectations for large industrial EPC projects.

Lead complete execution of:

Execute as per:

• Approved Drawings
• Specifications
• BOQ
• Contract Conditions

3. Design Coordination

Coordinate with:

• Architects
• Structural Consultants
• PEB Designers
• MEP Consultants
• Client Design Team

Responsible for:

• Drawing approvals
• Design revisions
• Shop drawing approvals
• As-built drawings

4. MEP Coordination

Coordinate complete MEP execution:

• Electrical
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Fire Fighting
• ELV
• DG
• STP
• WTP
• Utilities

Responsible for:

• Testing
• Commissioning

5. PEB Management

Responsible for:

• Fabrication Coordination

Qualifications

Essential

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred

• M.Tech / Construction Management / Project Management
• PMP Certification (preferred)

Experience

Minimum

• 12–18 Years

Mandatory Experience:

Should have independently handled projects of:

• ₹100 Crore to ₹500+ Crore
