About the role
Join ELLIFLY as a Customer Success Intern and help entrepreneurs and small business owners get the most out of our AI-powered brand and content platform. You will work directly with real customers, learn how a modern startup operates, and build a portfolio of high-impact customer experience work.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions with warmth, clarity, and speed.
- Help new users complete onboarding and reach their first "aha" moment.
- Escalate product feedback and bug reports to the product team.
- Draft help center articles and how-to content.
- Own small customer success projects end-to-end.
