<li>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and scale AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Optimize cloud spending and ensure high availability across environments.<br>• Data Orchestration: Maintain and optimize Apache NiFi clusters. Design and troubleshoot data routing, transformation, and system-to-system delivery logic.<br>• Security & Compliance: Perform regular security testing, including vulnerability scans. Assist in remediating findings to maintain a hardened security posture.<br>• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and integrate security tools into the CI/CD pipeline.<br>• Monitoring & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for system outages. Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.<br><br>Required Skills/Experience:<br>• Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/AL2023)<br>• AWS Expertise: Proven experience managing AWS environments<br>• Data Flow Knowledge: Direct experience configuring and monitoring Apache NiFi or similar ETL/orchestration tools.<br><br>Desired Skills/Experience:<br>• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).<br>• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br>• Familiarity with accreditation, ATO, SSP Maintenance.<br>• CI/CD (Git) and Jira/Confluence for ticket tracking/documentation.<br>• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer Associate, or RHCSA certifications</li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Some of the day-to-day activities: </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">P</span><span data-contrast="none">rovide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for </span><span data-contrast="none">all of</span><span data-contrast="none"> the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems</span><span data-contrast="none">,</span><span data-contrast="none"> for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers</span><span data-contrast="none">, and </span><span data-contrast="none">for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain</span><span data-contrast="none"> </span><span data-contrast="none">integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p>The proposed salary range for this position is:</p>
<p>$150,000 - $170,000</p>
