Groupe Elem is a company offering various services common to a group of companies in the fields of institutional, industrial and commercial construction, prefabrication and engineering in Quebec, Montreal and Toronto. The administrative services team is recognized for its dynamism, its rigor and the evolution of its ways of doing things in order to meet the expectations of its diverse clientele.

Under the supervision of the accounts payable manager, the clerk will perform various tasks related to the accounts payable department. If necessary, he will also provide assistance in carrying out certain tasks related to the end of periods.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Codify, enter and have invoices from several companies approved;

Participate in end-of-period tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of amounts to be paid to suppliers;

Plan disbursements to suppliers and ensure diligent service to them;

Perform all other related tasks related to accounting services.

YOU HAVE :

DEP in office automation/accounting;

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting/administration;

Good command of written and spoken French;

Good knowledge of Excel and Word software as well as Outlook email;

Knowledge of Maestro software would be an asset.
