Job Description
- We are looking for young professionals (1-2 years experience) from service backgrounds who are energetic, driven, and customer-obsessed.
- This is not a sales role.
- It is about delivering exceptional experiences, managing relationships, and ensuring every client interaction feels thoughtful and effortless.
Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented role (hospitality, travel, airlines, luxury retail, customer support, relationship management, concierge services, etc.)
- Fresh graduates with strong internships in premium service environments may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with high-value clients in a professional, warm, and confident manner.
- Handle client requests, changes, and queries with speed and attention to detail.
- Understand client preferences and ensure personalised service delivery.
- Coordination &
- Execution
- Work with hotels, airlines, destination partners, and internal teams to execute travel plans smoothly.
- Track bookings, confirmations, special requests, and timelines.
- Ensure all client-facing information is accurate and well-presented.

- Double-check itineraries, names, dates, preferences, and special instructions.
- Maintain clear records and client notes for consistent service.
- Anticipate potential issues and flag them early.
- Professional Conduct
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Stay calm and solution-oriented during urgent or last-minute situations.
