Entry-Level Sales Associate

Edmonton Marketing Solutions Incorporated is a business consulting and sales firm specializing in customer acquisition within the telecommunications sector. We are seeking a driven and professional Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our sales team in Edmonton.

In this role, you will engage directly with residential customers to understand their needs, present available communication and connectivity service options, and guide them through the full enrollment process from initial consultation through activation.

Entry-Level Sales Associate Core Functions:

• Meet with customers in person to present communication and connectivity service options in a friendly and customer-focused manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service packages based on usage and lifestyle
• Clearly explain service features and benefits in simple, accessible language
• Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and efficient account setup
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Contribute to team performance through consistent customer engagement and follow-up
• Represent the organization with professionalism and strong customer service standards

Entry-Level Sales Associate Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new service information and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
