Job Description

As a vital member of the Technology-focused Private Equity team, you will contribute to the full investment lifecycle. You will assist senior associates in analyzing potential investments, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.

  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of technology companies.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus.
