As a vital member of the Technology-focused Private Equity team, you will contribute to the full investment lifecycle. You will assist senior associates in analyzing potential investments, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of technology companies.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational reviews.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
