Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive IT helpdesk and infrastructure services
- Troubleshoot and document hardware and network issues
- Maintain and report on IT inventory status
- Collaborate on site infrastructure enhancements
- Research partners for improving remote operations
Requirements
- DEC or DEP in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience in end-user IT support
- Strong communication skills; bilingualism preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Must be available for emergency support when necessary
