About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our offline retail store in Chennai. This role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, ensuring accurate dispensing of medicines, and delivering a seamless in-store experience aligned with MrMed’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately as per guidelines
• Handle walk-in customers and provide appropriate product guidance
• Ensure proper verification of prescriptions and maintain compliance with regulations
• Manage billing, invoicing, and daily store transactions
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
• Ensure proper storage of medicines as per required conditions
• Address customer queries and provide a positive in-store experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock replenishment and operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm, Pharma D)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail/offline pharmacy setting
• Valid Pharmacist registration (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of medicines, dosage, and regulatory practices
• Good communication and customer handling skills

Working Hours & Schedule

• 12-hour shift per day
• Monday to Sunday (1 day weekly off on a rotational basis)
