Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to handle end-to-end warehouse operations. The role requires strong expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and ensure high stock accuracy
• Oversee inward and outward logistics operations
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards
• Maintain inventory records, MIS, and reporting systems
• Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and sales teams
• Optimize warehouse layout and operational processes
• Monitor stock levels, expiry, and minimize wastage
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily activities

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse / inventory management
• Mandatory experience in FMCG brands
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control processes
• Ability to handle operations, team coordination, and pressure situations
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
