Fire Hydrant & Utility Piping

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 3–5 Years | Compensation: ₹7–10 LPA

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accountable and execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to end delivery of fire hydrant and utility piping projects. This role demands strong ownership across the project lifecycle—from design coordination and approvals to procurement, execution, and billing—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant project completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead execution of fire hydrant systems including installation, testing, and commissioning

· Oversee utility piping works ensuring adherence to technical specifications

· Coordinate with design teams for drawing approvals and technical clarifications

· Manage purchase planning and material coordination

· Lead site teams, contractors, and cross-functional coordination

· Track project progress and implement recovery plans

· Coordinate RA billing and monitor project costs

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· On-time project completion

· Zero material-related delays

· Timely and accurate RA billing

· High reporting accuracy

· Quality and safety compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Experience in fire hydrant systems and/or utility piping projects

· Strong ownership and execution mindset

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site operations

· Understanding of project billing, costing, and planning

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· BE/B- tech – Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical
