Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amravati. In this role, the Salesperson will identify potential customers, present products and services, and build strong relationships to drive revenue and customer retention. Daily tasks include meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and features, and following up on leads and inquiries. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. The role also involves participating in local marketing initiatives, gathering feedback from customers, and contributing to sales strategy discussions to support the company’s growth objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers, listen actively, and present information clearly.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on maintaining long-term client partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess basic business and organizational skills, such as record-keeping, time management, and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in retail, field sales, or business development is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort with local travel within Amravati and knowledge of the regional market are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, demonstrate integrity in all interactions, and adapt to evolving business needs.
