Job Description – Senior Credit Analyst (Working Capital & Project Finance) Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst Location: Belapur / Vashi / Turbhe Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹75,000 per month (Based on experience, current salary & skill set) Shift-10am to 7pm Day Shift with Sunday fixed off Experience Required - 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in:

• Working capital finance
• Project finance
• CMA preparation
• Bank loan proposal drafting
• Financial analysis
• Stock statements & DP calculation Preferred Qualification - CA Inter / CA Final Appeared
• MBA Finance
• M.Com / B.Com with strong practical experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Credit Analyst who can handle bank finance proposal work from day one. The candidate should have strong knowledge of working capital finance, project finance, CMA preparation, financial analysis, stock statements, drawing power calculations, and bank proposal drafting. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, banker-oriented thinker, and capable of preparing sanction-focused documents independently.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Financial Documentation - Prepare business profiles, project teasers, executive summaries, and promoter profiles

• Draft business model notes, industry overview, and repayment capacity notes
• Prepare security/collateral summaries and risk mitigation notes 2. CMA & Financial Analysis - Prepare CMA data for working capital proposals
• Create projected Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements
• Prepare fund flow statements and working capital assessments
• Calculate MPBF, DSCR, interest, and repayment schedules
• Perform financial ratio analysis and interpretation 3.

Bank Loan Proposal

Preparation - Prepare working capital and project finance proposals

• Handle CC/OD enhancement, term loans, machinery loans, takeover proposals, LC/BG proposals, etc.
• Assess eligible bank limits independently
• Draft replies for banker queries and objections 4.

Stock

Statement & DP Work - Prepare monthly stock statements and drawing power calculations

• Handle debtor/creditor ageing and margin calculations
• Reconcile stock statements with books
• Support stock and receivable audit work
• Draft replies for DP shortfalls and audit observations 5.

Drafting & Communication - Draft professional business profiles and proposal notes

• Prepare CMA assumption notes and financial analysis reports
• Draft bank query replies and justification letters
• Prepare responses related to CIBIL, GST, banking conduct, audit remarks, etc.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of financial statements and audit reports

• CMA preparation and working capital assessment
• Financial ratio analysis and projections
• Drawing power and stock statement preparation
• GST return, ITR, and bank statement analysis
• Excel-based financial modelling
• Good command of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
