Requirements

2-5 years of experience. (Additional training provided through Clinch Learning Center).

Experience in Paediatric dentistry preferred, but not a must if you excel in your current assisting role.

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

Excellent self‑presentation skills.

Customer centric oriented.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Excellent time management skills.

The ability to work independently.

Forward thinking and proactive in nature.

Willing to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Summary of Responsibilities

Greet all patients with a friendly enthusiastic smile.

Set up and maintain operatories, sterilization, and lab areas.

Stock supplies and maintain inventory.

Maintain all instruments and equipment.

Assist in all clinical aspects of Pediatric Dentistry.

Assist in orthodontic consultations alongside the provider.

Independently perform all x‑ray procedures.

Independently discuss pre‑ and post‑operative care.
