Role: Global Release Manager (10+ Years)
Location: Pan India (5 Days work from Office)
Hire Type: Contract
Own and orchestrate end to end Global FO Releases across products, regions, and environments by combining automation, governance, and business predictability. Accountable for the Global Release Calendar, Go/No Go decisions, and release health.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and publish the Global FO Release Calendar across all trains and regions [Global Ade...ocess v1.6 | Word]
- Chair Go / No Go forums using automated release health signals (pipeline gates, test coverage, risk)
- Enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and release entry criteria before merge to release branches
- Operate CAB Lite governance via dashboards; escalate only exception based risks
- Ensure rollback readiness (Kill Switch / rollback scripts) for every production release
- Act as final accountability for Production deployment authorization
- Drive release predictability, stability, and speed KPIs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops leadership globally

Skills & Experience:
- 1015+ years in Release / Change / Service Transition Management
- Strong ITIL Release & Deployment Management background
- Experience running global, multi train releases
- Strong stakeholder leadership and decision authority
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and DevOps governance
