Analyst II Infrastructure

Job Description:

The Analyst II Infrastructure provides technical support for IT infrastructure services, ensuring the stability, availability and performance of infrastructure environments. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting operational activities, and assisting with infrastructure projects while developing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure systems and resolve routine technical issues.
• Support servers, storage, networking and cloud infrastructure where required.
• Assist with infrastructure implementations, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Document incidents, changes and technical procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve service issues.
• Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Continue developing technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
