Duane Morris LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking to hire a junior to mid-level associate, with at least 2 – 4 years of experience, to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience handling domestic and international trademark portfolios, including, trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. Experience before the TTAB and/or some trademark litigation experience is preferred. Additional experience in any of the following areas is a plus: copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing and privacy. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong communication, organization, research, writing and analytical skills. A motivated, independent candidate with a willingness to learn and who will work hard will excel in this position. Writing sample and law school transcript required. Bar admission required based on location (NY or Philadelphia preferred) or ability to become admitted by waiver.

The target annual pay range for this role is $220,000-$280,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
