As an Internet Sales Representative, you'll connect with customers through phone, email, text, and online chat, helping them find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. No previous automotive or dealership experience is require we provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to online inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using our CRM system.
• Schedule showroom appointments and follow up with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Promote current inventory, special offers, and dealership promotions through digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online communication tools.
• Customer service, retail, sales, or call center experience is an asset but not required.
• Experience with CRM software, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
