Job Description

Dr. Peter's Healthcare is hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacist for its Chandapura, Bengaluru clinic. The selected candidate will independently manage medicine dispensing, inventory control, billing, stock monitoring, and patient counselling while working closely with doctors and clinic staff. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medicines accurately while following all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
• Independently manage the entire pharmacy, including dispensing, billing, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Arrange medicines alphabetically by generic name or according to the clinic's established system.
• Monitor stock levels daily and reorder medicines before reaching minimum inventory thresholds.
• Perform expiry date checks regularly and prioritize near-expiry medicines for timely usage.
• Maintain stock sheets, purchase entries, and inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as SUM, filters, and basic formulas for inventory tracking.
• Maintain temperature logs for cold storage medicines when applicable.
• Store scheduled drugs securely under lock and maintain all legally required prescription registers.
• Explain medicine dosage and usage instructions clearly to patients in Kannada or English.
• Address patient billing and insurance queries professionally and calmly.
• Coordinate with doctors whenever prescription clarifications are required.
