Job description

Must have driving license and a car

The Medical Clinic is looking for IMG Physicians who are qualified International Medical Doctor Graduates. Only Medcial Doctors should apply.

Responsibilities

History taking, physical exam and IV insertions
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the appointment calendar efficiently
Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) system
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Coordinate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow

Skills

Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as PS suite
Strong computer skills, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluent in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of phone systems and handling incoming/outgoing calls professionally
