Bookkeeping & Full Cycle Client Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeping & Full Cycle Client Management professional to join our team. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting software and a thorough understanding of bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies
• Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting tasks
• Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness
• Provide comprehensive client management, including communication and support throughout the accounting cycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting management
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
• Experience with account analysis and budgeting is preferred
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
