Software Engineer (SWE), Level 1 [D.26.0113] with Security Clearance

Requires Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly Salary Range: $163k-$178k per year with an additional $41k-$44k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions Description: You will act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Analyst for fast-paced mission focused team where you will design, develop, and integrate solutions enabling a high priority Operations customer. You will work closely with Analysts, Operators, and other Software Engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies and develop rapid prototypes supporting the mission. Responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and determine the applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
• Develop automated analysis and triage across various collection techniques.
• Integrate capabilities into existing platforms and SDKs.
• Build scripts and user interfaces to convert and normalize data.
• Automate tasking and collection by extending the existing platform with new tools or technologies. Skills Requirements:
• Experience with platforms, machine learning, and AI tooling.
• Production-grade software development experience in Python orJavaScript.
• Experience deploying and managing production services in a fast-paced environment.
• Service containerization and deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence). Nice to Haves:
• Experience developing with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
• Experience with additional programming languages (Java, C).
• Experience prototyping web applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue).
• Analyzing cyber security-related data sets (Network Traffic, OS events).
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations. YOE Requirement: 3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
