Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support operating systems and business applications
• Assist in managing desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
• Support user account creation, password reset, permissions, and access management
• Monitor system health, server availability, and basic network performance
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, email, VPN, and network-related issues
• Assist in system updates, antivirus updates, and routine security checks
• Support firewall administration and network monitoring activities
• Assist in configuring LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Support basic cloud operations on platforms such as:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Assist in managing virtual machines, backups, and cloud resources
• Support Microsoft 365 administration including:
• User creation and license assignment
• Password reset and MFA setup
• Mailbox management
• Distribution groups and shared mailboxes
• Basic Exchange Online and Teams administration
• Assist in managing:
• Active Directory
• Group Policies
• File sharing and access permissions
• Monitor backup jobs and assist in disaster recovery activities
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and third-party support teams when required
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
• Provide technical support to end users
• Follow organizational IT security policies and standards

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• DHCP
• VPN
• LAN/WAN
• Basic understanding of firewall concepts and troubleshooting
• Understanding of antivirus and endpoint security concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Basic understanding of:
• Virtual Machines
• Storage management
• User access management
• Basic knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint basics
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies:
• VMware
• Hyper-V
• Knowledge of ticketing systems or monitoring tools will be an added advantage

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• Microsoft Certified Fundamentals
• AWS / Azure Cloud Practitioner
• Cisco CCNA
• ITIL Foundation
• Basic cybersecurity certifications

Employment service agreement: 2.5 Years
