Then Jobber might be the place for you! We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Fintech) to be part of our growing Product & Lifecycle Marketing team.

Role
Reporting to our Senior Director, Product & Lifecycle Marketing, we are looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing leader to drive Jobber’s Fintech business. This presents a unique opportunity to lead the adoption of Fintech in a large B2B market, partner with leaders in the space, and help small businesses succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating Jobber’s Fintech business (payments, financing, lending).
- Sit at the intersection of Marketing and Fintech GTM operations, owning Marketing-influenced revenue growth for Jobber’s Fintech portfolio; drive adoption, activation, usage, and revenue growth across payments, financing, capital, and new financial services.
- Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities and translating insights into action plans that balance customer value with revenue goals.
- Operate as a player/coach, owning overall strategy while rolling up sleeves where the business needs it most.
- Build a culture of marketing experimentation, run tests across segments and metrics to identify what drives Fintech revenue, own analytics to prove it, and partner with stakeholders to grow successful initiatives.
- Stay relentlessly customer-first, contribute to qualitative and quantitative research, and hunt for insights that sharpen positioning, messaging, and strategy.
- Partner with Fintech leadership, Product Management, Monetization, and Finance to recommend product roadmap, pricing, and promotional opportunities based on research and commercial signals.
- Represent Product & Lifecycle Marketing as the Fintech Marketing subject-matter leader across the organization, collaborating closely with Fintech, Product, Sales, Success, Risk Operations, Finance, and Analytics to deliver cohesive Fintech experiences.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with people leadership experience and a strong track record of owning and scaling commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of financial services and payments business models in high-growth SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Best-in-class positioning and messaging, creating, educating, and influencing teams to bring Fintech products to life.
- Passionate about creating world-class customer experiences with tangible business impact.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, influence, and navigate complex organizations with cross-functional stakeholders and build trust across functions.
- Self-directed in ambiguous environments; builds playbooks rather than waiting for them.
- Highly analytical, confident making recommendations with incomplete information, and strong bias to action.
- Business-owner mindset, focused on revenue impact rather than campaign plans.
- Coaching mindset, developing people by giving ownership and holding them accountable to outcomes.
- High standard of excellence and pride for the work the team brings to market.
Location
Open to candidates based in one of our hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, Kitchener-Waterloo, or who are remotely based in Canada.
Compensation
Minimum annual salary of $155,200, midpoint of $177,900 and maximum of $204,500, reflecting progression from learning to excelling. Base salary is part of a total compensation package that includes equity rewards, annual health and wellness stipends, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
