Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Writer with deep expertise in banking and payments to create high-quality, insight-driven content for B2B FinTech clients.

This is not a generic content role. You should already understand how payments work—whether that’s card networks, open banking, PSPs, or embedded finance—and be able to translate that knowledge into content that builds trust, educates buyers, and drives conversions.

You’ll work closely with SEO and growth teams to turn complex financial topics into content that ranks, resonates, and converts.

Role Overview

• Write high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and long-form content on banking and payments topics.
• Write short-form content for social media and FinTech communities
• Turn complex FinTech concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to target high-intent keywords and search opportunities.
• Develop content aligned with buyer journeys for B2B FinTech and SaaS audiences.
• Research industry trends (e.g., open banking, real-time payments, embedded finance) and turn them into compelling narratives.
• Maintain a consistent voice while adapting to different client brands.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and performance.
• Contribute ideas for content strategy based on domain knowledge and market trends.

What We're Looking For

• Non-negotiable: Prior experience working within FinTech, banking, or payments.
• (In-house, at a FinTech company, bank, PSP, or similar — not just writing about the space.)
• 2–4 years of experience in content writing or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (e.g., card payments, acquiring, issuing, PSPs, open banking, etc.).
• Ability to write with authority — demonstrating real industry understanding, not surface-level research.
• Proven experience creating content that drives traffic, engagement, or leads.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
• Ability to balance technical accuracy with clarity and strong storytelling.
• Experience writing for B2B audiences with long sales cycles is a plus.
• Startup mindset: proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable owning content end-to-end.
