Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Manage the ordering and stocking of merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items, to guarantee that all products meet the required quality and efficiency levels.

Specifications for qualifications and physical fitness

Experience in both retail and management is highly desirable. Good communication skills in interpersonal, written, and verbal aspects are necessary for managing teams and aiding customers effectively. The physical demands involve lifting weights ranging from 30 to 50 lbs above shoulder level, in addition to performing activities like walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive lifting. Thriving in a high-energy and fast-paced team environment is a key aspect of the role.
