What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with their insurance needs.
• Process policy changes, renewals, payments, and endorsements.
• Respond to emails and follow up with clients promptly.
• Work closely with insurance companies and our internal team.
• Keep client files accurate and organized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Help clients understand the insurance process with patience and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and dependable.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Alberta General Level 1 Insurance Licence is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
