We are made up of:</p> <ul> <li>Conversation-starters</li> <li>Storytellers</li> <li>Strategist</li> <li>Digital natives</li> <li>PhD-level scientists</li> <li>Writers</li> <li>Designers</li> <li>Builders</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p> <p>Our team is seeking a senior associate with client experience and healthcare communications expertise to serve as a counselor to our clients, including some of our largest and fastest growing accounts. As a senior associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day account needs, working closely with a large team to provide digital counsel and manage day-to-day work, in addition to serving as a client contact.</p> <p>In addition, you should have an agency background in healthcare communications with experience working on pharmaceutical products and/or disease education programs, as well as knowledge of the media landscape and considerations in this space. The ideal candidate will have a focused interest in social, digital and influencer marketing, as well as interest in the broader landscape of healthcare communications, including earned media, data and regulatory milestones, and unbranded disease awareness programming.</p> <p><strong>Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day digital strategy for a major client across a portfolio of brands, becoming an expert on our clients’ business and understanding how their communications objectives help achieve business goals</li> <li>Write content briefs, social media content calendars and project timelines</li> <li>Coordinate with account, media, sci comms, analytics and influencer teams</li> <li>Have an interest in digital analytics and data-driven insights for social, influencer and paid/organic digital platforms</li> <li>Manage client status &amp; internal status documents from a digital perspective</li> <li>Maintain a keen interest in current industry trends, and act as a thought leader in elevating these trends to directly and indirectly affect clients and our digital health practice</li> <li>Attend and speak on client calls</li> <li>Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client success</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;What We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency and/or familiarity with digital and social media</li> <li>Industry experience in healthcare communications and/or pharmaceuticals</li> <li>Familiarity with data and regulatory milestone communications</li> <li>Strong understanding of the relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social media</li> <li>Strong presentation skills, poise, and professionalism</li> <li>Proactivity when coordinating projects and managing timelines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years’ experience in public relations at an agency or corporate in-house (healthcare experience preferred)</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.</li> <li>Be a self-starter who works well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.</li> <li>Be able and eager to quickly learn new systems, tools, approaches and platforms</li> <li>BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, or in a related field</li> </ul> <p><strong>dna – the details (this is the section where we humble brag)</strong></p> <p>dna was recently the winner of MM+M small healthcare agency of the year.</p> <p>dna prides itself on delivering an employee experience that makes a difference.
