Civil Site Engineer – Quality & Execution (1–2 Years Experience)

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer to handle quality control and site coordination for infrastructure and construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring execution aligns with approved designs and maintaining high construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between architect, structural engineer, and site team
• Verify execution against structural and architectural drawings
• Inspect rebar, shuttering, and concrete work before approvals
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
• Maintain daily site reports and documentation
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in site execution or quality control
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural basics
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Mysuru
