Position Summary
- The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will focus on demand generation activities to drive quality leads that generate revenue.
- Requires a strong background in marketing, some B2B experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for impactful campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for company solutions and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to produce materials supporting the prospect-to-client lifecycle.
- Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and report on marketing initiative effectiveness; use data to optimize strategies.
- Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices related to target markets.
Marginal Functions
- Build and maintain relationships with team members and peers to coordinate communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and trainings for ongoing professional development.
- Complete assigned projects and other duties as directed by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and marketing technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years marketing experience, focusing on B2B or software marketing.
