We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented professional to manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting and inspections to estimates and closing deals. This role combines customer service, technical estimating, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home/business inspections for water, fire, mold, or restoration needs
Build rapport and clearly explain the restoration process, including insurance steps when applicable
Prepare accurate estimates using company software/apps including field documentation
Present services, follow up on leads, deliver quotes, and close projects while meeting targets
Maintain CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
