Position Title: Junior Back Office 📍 On-site \u007C Full-time (Barranquilla or Medellin) 🕒 Monday to Friday \u007C 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
🌟 About the Role The Junior Back Office is responsible for supporting activities that enhance Human Resources Operations, Compliance, and Client Satisfaction.
📌 Key Responsibilities 📂 Administer employee life cycle services including E‑Verify, employment screenings, I‑9 support, labor law poster compliance, new hire reporting, employment verifications, and other HR services. 📝 Ensure timely entry of sensitive information to meet legal and procedural deadlines. 🤝 Collaborate with team members and division partners across states and countries to improve HR service delivery and client experience. 🛠️ Work with third‑party vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
✅Must-Have Requirements
🎓 Mandatory: Administrative studies (Technical or Technological in Administration). 💼 At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Representative (CSR) or administrative support roles. 🌐 English level C1 📋 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 🔒 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational tools.
