Senior Cloud Ops Engineer

Experience required – 5+ years with AWS & SaaS Systems

Responsibilities

• Work together with other members of the cloud operation team to develop, install, and enhance cloud solutions for clients.
• Execute troubleshooting and fix any performance problems with the cloud systems.
• Assure the cloud platform's peak performance and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support personnel to ensure consistent and dependable service delivery.
• Document all features of the cloud environment and any ongoing enhancements.
• Accountable for determining and implementing specific software and cloud technologies

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in (engineering, computer science, MIS, or related fields)
• Knowledge of various build release and management processes, including GitHub, AWS ECR, Code Build, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible
• Managing EC2 and ECS (Elastic Container Service), S3, VPC, Elasticsearch, CloudFront, RDS, ECS, ALB, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and other key AWS components & services on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitoring of DB/App servers and jobs, password rotation, and general requests
• Practical knowledge of monitoring technologies such as Site24x7 and Datadog
• Experience in AD, Azure, Microsoft tools, and office365 administration
• Possess a thorough knowledge of Linux, SQL, and other programming languages
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Understanding AWS security is a plus Preferred
• AWS certification – Solution Architect or Cloud practitioners
• Experience with Automation tools, such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
• Experience with Python/Boto3, Groovy/Java, Bash, and or PowerShell Plus
