Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or client management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of: Google Ads & Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Campaign performance tracking & reporting
• Proven ability to manage clients and lead a team
• Strong communication skills (especially in English)
• Must be based in or near Dwarka, Delhi (within 45–60 minutes commute)
• Self-driven, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset

Your Work as a Digital Marketing Manager:

• Manage and coordinate daily execution across Ads, SEO, and Social Media teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Ensure timely delivery of all client projects
• Supervise team members and maintain workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with the founder on strategy, scaling, and improvements
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve client retention and agency growth
