Salesforce Administrator 💰 Salary: $90,000 - 116,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, flows, automation, validation rules, and security components
- Background in administering Salesforce within a regulated environment
- Strong comprehension of Salesforce data models, relationship design, and impact analysis in complex Case Orgs
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce implementation and development
- Experience managing multi-environment Salesforce ecosystems (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), including sandbox provisioning and deployment support
- Strong problem-solving abilities for high-level software and application issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce Optimizer and conducting Health Checks
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Capable of writing, interpreting, and evaluating technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Citizenship status: EAD/US
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and automation
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings per organizational access protocols
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages functionalities
- Ensure data accuracy through data imports, cleansing, de-duplication, and validation
- Provide day-to-day support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors
- Implement and uphold advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation
- Stay informed about the latest features and best practices related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Assist with new feature rollouts, releases, and environment testing
- Work with developers on advanced customizations or integrations
