📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, flows, automation, validation rules, and security components
• Background in administering Salesforce within a regulated environment
• Strong comprehension of Salesforce data models, relationship design, and impact analysis in complex Case Orgs
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce implementation and development
• Experience managing multi-environment Salesforce ecosystems (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), including sandbox provisioning and deployment support
• Strong problem-solving abilities for high-level software and application issues
• Familiarity with Salesforce Optimizer and conducting Health Checks
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
• Capable of writing, interpreting, and evaluating technical specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Citizenship status: EAD/US

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and automation
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings per organizational access protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages functionalities
• Ensure data accuracy through data imports, cleansing, de-duplication, and validation
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors
• Implement and uphold advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation
• Stay informed about the latest features and best practices related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Assist with new feature rollouts, releases, and environment testing
• Work with developers on advanced customizations or integrations
