Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune across Windows, Mac devices.
- Manage and deploy applications to remote devices.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune, endpoint security, operating systems, software, development tools, and network problems.
- Perform Intune enrollment for devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies in Intune, across devices and cloud applications.
- Collaborate with SysAdmin, ITOps, and Information Security teams to define plans, standards, and security measures for device management, including patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud management and solution deployment.
- Manage asset management for all IT hardware and software.
- Ensure security and data integrity through regular backups and antivirus management.
- Apply security patches and perform updates to maintain system integrity.
- Maintain documentation related to Intune administration and IT systems, contributing to a shared Knowledge Base.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services and procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Intune and Windows Administrator or a similar role.
- Knowledge of device administration in other platforms like Linux, MacOS and Android.
- Strong knowledge of Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and other related technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Familiarity with MDM, MEM and other endpoint management tools.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Endpoint Administrator and Windows Administrator or equivalent are a plus.
