Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing data visualization and interactive dashboards using Tableau software. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and updating dashboards, translating complex data into business insights, and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities and Key Skills

• Hands-on working knowledge of Tableau: Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau-based dashboards and reports.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using Tableau.

Conduct data analysis to draw business-relevant conclusions.

• Experience with data visualization tools: Expertise in Tableau, with knowledge of other tools being a plus. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards in Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work with different teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data.
• Proficiency in SQL: Strong skills in writing and analysing complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing: Understanding of ETL workflows and data warehousing principles.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
