About the Project

You will join a fast-growing global platform in the creator and brand advocacy space, connecting beauty brands with UGC creators.

The product is already established and actively scales across the U.S. and LATAM markets. The main focus of this role is maintaining platform stability, working with production, and gradually improving the backend.

Requirements

• 3+years of commercial experience with Python
• 1+year of experience with FastAPI
• Any experience with Claude

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve backend services built with Python (FastAPI)
• Fix bugs and resolve production issues
• Support and enhance API endpoints
• Work with logs, monitoring tools, and debugging production issues
• Implement small backend features and optimizations
• Support platform stability and scalability
• Collaborate with PM and the team via Jira
• Contribute to automation and testing improvements
