Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Content Writer / IT Business Writer to join our marketing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive the content strategy across the entire organization, ensuring messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with business goals

Create thought leadership content including success stories, articles, press releases, case studies, and other formats based on organizational needs

Host and coordinate webinars by cross-collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the company

Take full ownership of social media platforms — LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram — including planning, creating, and scheduling content

Edit, proofread, and refine all written material to ensure the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and tone

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand narratives, campaign content, and internal communications

Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels

Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within the IT or technology services space

Profound writing skills with strong command over language — ability to produce original, high-quality content without relying on AI-generated output

Sharp attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading abilities

Hands-on experience with social media marketing across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram, including content scheduling and performance tracking

Proven ability to write across multiple formats — long-form articles, short-form posts, case studies, press releases, and more

Comfortable hosting or co-hosting webinars and collaborating with internal teams to produce them effectively

Proficiency in MS Word as a primary drafting and documentation tool

Basic working knowledge of prompt engineering using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok for content ideation and research support

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to create the necessary graphics

Preferred Criteria

Degree in Marketing, Sales or related fields.

Experience in the IT services or B2B technology sector

Familiarity with content management systems or marketing automation tools

Exposure to SEO best practices and analytics platforms
