The responsibilities will include test planning and design, functional testing, automated testing, bug reporting and tracking, collaboration, and communication with the global teams, both internal and cross-functional. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you aren't just "checking boxes"—you are the guardian of the communication flow. You will ensure that every call, SMS, and any interaction captured in Dialpad syncs perfectly with the integrated Salesforce records. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration between our <strong>Salesforce</strong> environment and <strong>Dialpad</strong>.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance, who is located in Bangalore.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Integration Testing: Execute end-to-end testing of the Dialpad CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) within Salesforce, including Lightning Experience and Classic mode.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Functional Verification: Validate core CCaaS features such as click-to-dial, automatic/customized call logging, SMS syncing, Powerdialer, Omni Channel and High Velocity Sales </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data Integrity: Ensure that call recordings, transcripts, and disposition codes are accurately written to the correct Salesforce Objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Cases).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regression Testing: Maintain a robust regression suite to ensure Salesforce seasonal releases or Dialpad updates don't break existing workflows.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira. Work closely with developers to reproduce complex edge cases related to API timeouts or sync delays.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Automation Growth: Assist in transitioning manual test cases into automated scripts (using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Provar) to increase efficiency.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills you’ll bring</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4 to 6 years of qualitative Work Experience in Web Testing with BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical competency and experience with desktop applications and understanding of the functional testing aspects</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of CCaaS or UCaaS platforms (specifically Dialpad, Talkdesk, or 8x8).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Salesforce Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce Objects, Page Layouts, and how CTI Softphones interact with the browser.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Technical Aptitude: * Experience testing REST APIs (Postman/Insomnia). </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read Salesforce debug logs or browser console logs to identify integration failures.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in VoIP, Telecommunication Systems, and Communication technologies would be an added advantage.</span></li>
