Job Summary
We are seeking a CRM Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support business operations, sales processes, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and performance of the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Implementation & Configuration
- Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions based on business needs.
- Customize CRM modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and usability.
2. Business Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical CRM specifications.
- Recommend CRM improvements to enhance business processes.
3. Integration & Automation
- Integrate CRM with third-party applications such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and communication platforms.
- Develop APIs, automation workflows, and data synchronization processes.
4. System Optimization
- Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement automation to streamline customer lifecycle processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system errors, integrations, and user problems.
6. Documentation & Training
- Create system documentation, workflows, and process guides.
- Train end users on CRM features, best practices, and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Zoho CRM
- Knowledge of API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and automation tools.
- Experience with SQL, data management, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- CRM certifications (Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification, etc.).
- Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Understanding of sales pipelines, marketing automation, and customer support processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
