Role: Business Analyst (Data Reporting)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in BI tools like Tableau or Cognos for dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Strong data analysis skills to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating executive-level reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Construction is highly preferred.
• Self-driven, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
